cancellations

Channel56 are happy to accept cancellations up to 3 working weeks before your course starts, for whatever reason. Cancellation must be in written form by letter, fax or email. We will issue a full refund, subject to a £25 charge to cover administration time. No refund will be available if you tell us within less than 2 working weeks of the start of your course that you are unable to attend.
